3/4 homes for sale in Old St. Vital sell for more than asking price, Humboldt Ave. property brings more than $25,000 above list, 4 new listings

Real estate was brisk last week in Old St. Vital! Four of the 16 homes for sale in Old St. Vital sold and the big winner was a storey-and-a-half on Humboldt Avenue that brought more than $25,000 above asking price.

Homes for sale on Berrydale Avenue and Fermor Avenue also sold for more than asking price. The lone home in Old St. Vital that sold for less than asking price was on Hindley Avenue, and it went for only 1% less than list price.

There was also good activity last week on the listing side with four new listings in Old St. Vital. Prices ranged from $174,900 to $259,900.

New listings in Old St. Vital:

  •  115 Bank Avenue
  • 30 Handyside Avenue
  • 84 Berrydale Avenue
  • 57 Fermor Avenue

In addition, there is a condo for sale on St. Anne’s Road for $184,900 and another on Carriere Street for $174,750.
