3/5 homes sell for over list in Meadowood, 6 new listings

Meadowood year-to-date statistics to March 31 show that the average sale price of a home in Meadowood is $298,970. This is down approximately 2% from last year’s YTD average sale price of $305,545 The average time to sell a home YTD is 15 days and the percentage of homes listed that sell is 65%.

There have been five recent home sales in Meadowood, including one for more than $40,000 over list. That home on Meadowood Drive sold for $255,000, which was actually $40,100 more than asking. A home on Hyatt Place also brought $10,100 more than its asking price when it closed at $270,000. A home on Wales Avenue brought $1,000 over list when it changed hands at $258,000, while homes on Pembridge Bay and Granby Bay brought $900 and $10,100 less than asking when they closed at $279,900 and $209,900 respectively.

There were four new listings in Meadowood over the past week, bringing the total number of homes for sale in Meadowood to seven. Prices range from $269,900 for a bi-level on Kennington Bay to $334,900 for a split-4 level on Beckinsale Bay.
