4/6 homes sold in Old St. Vital over the past week brought more than $20,000 above list price

Six homes sold over the past week in Old St. Vital Winnipeg MLS Area 2D and four of the six brought more than $20,000 above asking price.

A home on Hindley Avenue sold for $26,100 more than asking price when it closed at $226,000. A home on Regal Avenue sold for $21,100 above list when it changed hands at $171,000. A home on St. Andrew Road sold for $290,500, which was $20,600 over list, and another on Harrowby Avenue also sold for $20,100 more than asking when it closed at $260,000.

A home on Hindley Avenue brought $16,100 more than asking price when it sold for $296,500 and finally a home on Chokecherry Cove sold for $100 more than list price when it closed at $290,000. A fine week of home sales in Old St. Vital!

There were 10 new listings in Old St. Vital over the past seven days. Prices range from $129,900 for the bungalow at 42 Regal Avenue to $259,900 for the bungalow at 86 Polarwood Avenue. There are now a total of 19 homes for sale in Winnipeg MLS Area 2D, the highest priced being the two storey 204 Portland Avenue, which is listed at $319,900.
