There have been five homes sold in River West Park, Charleswood, Westdale and Assiniboine Woods in the past 10 days and all but one have sold for less than list price.
A home on Woodview Bay sold for $4,900 less than list when it closed at $320,000. A home on McCallum Crescent sold for $7,000 less than list when it changed hands at $342,900 and a home on Avril Lane sold for $9,900 less than asking when it closed at $370,000. There was also a home on Laxdal Road that sold for $27,900 less than list when it was purchased for $142,000.
