2/3 homes for sale in Linden Woods and Linden Ridge sell below list, but another brings $41,000 more than asking price

Homes for sale in Linden Woods and Linden Ridge started to move again last week with three homes finding new owners. Of the three homes that sold two went for less than asking and one went for well above list price.
A home on Woodcott Place sold for a whopping $41,000 over list when it closed at $401,000, a home on Deer Run Drive sold for $14,900 less than list when it sold for $430,000 and another on Hennessey Drive brought $15,000 less than list when it closed at $334,900. Once again, quality homes continue to sell well, but they have to be priced perfectly.
