Properties on Miner Cove and Burland Avenue sold for their respective list prices of $429,000 and $167,000 respectively. A home on Julia Road sold for $4,900 less than list when it changed hands at $385,000 and a home on Amersham Crescent sold for $270,000, which was $14,900 less than list. The only home to sell for more that its asking price was on Alburg Drive, which sold for $252,000, $2,100 more than list.
