2/4 homes for sale in St. Vital 2C bring well over list, 1 new listing

There have been four residential sales in MLS Area 2C over the past 10 days, including two homes that went for well above list price. MLS Area 2C includes Winnipeg’s St. Vital neighbourhoods of Bright Oaks, Elm Park, Norberry, Normand Park, Pulberry, River Pointe and Van Hull Estates.

The big winner in the over-list sweepstakes was a home on Riel Avenue, which sold for $36,000 over list when it closed at $325,000. Not far behind was a home on Cunnington Avenue, which sold for $20,100 over list at $250,000. Rounding out the MLS Area 2C sales were homes on Van Hull Way and River Road. The home on Van Hull Way old for list price of $105,000 but the home on River Road sold for $9,900 less than asking when it changed hands at $210,000.

There has been one new listing over the past seven days in the 2C area of St. Vital. The home at 161 St. Michael Road was listed for $319,900. There are now a total five homes for sale in the St. Vital neighbourhoods of Bright Oaks, Elm Park, Norberry, Normand Park, Pulberry, River Pointe and Van Hull Estates.
