A home on Granby Bay sold for $10,100 over list when it closed at $220,000. A home on Wales Avenue sold for $100 over list at $235,000 and a home on Nova Vista Drive brought $15,100 over list when it changed hands at $265,000. The sale pending was for a home on Dakota Street, which sold for $249,900.

The Meadowood condo that sold was on St. Anne’s Road and it brought $6,900 less than list when it closed at $228,000. The pending condo sale was also on St. Anne’s Road. The list price was $229,500.
